His research interests, as an Assistant Professor lie in Dairy & Food Process Engineering, Post-Harvest Engineering, Development of low cost - farm level processing equipment. He/She is the Life Member of Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (India), a Member of Agricultural Engineering Society, Kharagpur. He is a Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise, as an Assistant Professor credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his/her authorship of many books.
