Moustafa A El-Shenawy is a professor of Food and Environmental Safety (Microbiology)at National Research Center –Cairo-Egypt. Attended scientific conferences all over countries of the world. PhD. Univ. of Bucharest – Romania. Post Doctoral (Researcher) at Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison-USA for 6 years. Reviewer in six international Journals. Editor of two international Journals. Member of the editorial board of five international journals. Have more than seventy international publications. Supervised many M.Sc. and Ph.D. thesis. Is well known internationally as one of the most distinguished experts of Food and Environmental Safety. Principal investigator of many collaborative research projects between Spain and Egypt.
