Peng Zhou is awarded PhD in Economics from Cardiff University, UK in the 2012 He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Economics and Finance York University, Canada in the 2006, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Economics from Perking University, China in the 2005. Currently, he/she is working as a Lecturer in Economics, Cardiff University, Uk. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He is the Editorial Board Member of Journal of Food and Dairy Technology
